7:15 AM – EVENT SET-UP TEAM ARRIVES / SETUP CAMP
8:30 AM – REGISTRATION TEAM, MORNING VOLUNTEERS ARRIVE / CHECK-IN
9:00 AM – NEW VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION / NEW VOLUNTEER IN-WATER INSTRUCTION
9:00 AM – MORNING KIDS ARRIVE / REGISTRATION / KIDS + CAREGIVER PRE-SURF SURVEYS / SUIT UP
9:30 AM – ANNOUNCEMENTS / KIDS LAND SURF INSTRUCTION / STRETCHES
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – SURF TIME / BEACH ACTIVITIES
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM VOLUNTEER + KIDS POST-SURF SURVEYS / LUNCH
1:00 PM – PRESENTATIONS / ACTIVITIES
1:30 PM – 2:00 After Lunch Beach Cleanup
2:00 – 3:00 PM – SURF CAMP COMPLETE / TEAR DOWN CREW
