Board President

Vicki Redding spent over 35 years in the Action Sports Industry, she retired from Vans where she held the position of VP Global Product, Apparel/Accessories. During her time at Vans she also served on the Board of Directors for SIMA. Prior to Vans, Vicki held executive roles overseeing merchandise and design with La Jolla Group and Quiksilver.

Vicki enjoys traveling with her husband and exploring new places around the world. She finds inspiration from music, art and theatre. Vicki is passionate about helping children in need, raising awareness on human trafficking, ending child abuse across the globe, and actively participates to support UNICEF and the Cambodian Children’s Fund programs to prevent such abuse. Vicki has served on the US4K board for the past 5 years and recently stepped into the role as President.
