Eli has been involved with US4K for over three years, first as a volunteer before joining the board.

Outside of Urban Surf, I run OW Consulting, where I focus on business strategy, AI implementation and digital consulting for service based businesses.

Whether I’m in the water alongside kids at an event or helping behind the scenes, I’m driven by the belief that every child deserves access to community, adventure, and people who show up for them.
