With over 18 years of experience serving vulnerable children and families, Brittney Chambless brings a deep commitment to child safety and family advocacy through the child welfare system. Her professional background serving foster youth spans community mental health, direct care, case management, and for the past decade as a social worker and supervisor in child welfare. In her role as both a case-carrying social worker and supervisor, she has focused on ensuring child safety, supporting families in crisis, and guiding teams to deliver effective, compassionate care.
Brittney is passionate about advocating for children and families in vulnerable communities and is dedicated to creating systems that promote stability, healing, and long-term success.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and creating meaningful memories with loved ones.
She is honored to join Urban Surf 4 Kids and looks forward to using her professional experience to contribute to its mission of empowering youth to thrive into adulthood.
