Frankie D’Esti brings more than 30 years of experience across the action sports, surf, winter sports, outdoor, and also the comfort footwear industries. The majority of his career has been spent as a successful independent sales representative, complemented by 12 years serving as a National Sales Manager, where he led teams and drove brand growth at a high level.

Beyond his professional career, Frankie is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He serves as the head coach of his son’s high school baseball team, where he emphasizes leadership, discipline, and personal development for young athletes. He is also a dedicated board member of Urban Surf 4 Kids, a role he has proudly held for over six years.

Through his work with Urban Surf 4 Kids, Frankie combines his industry experience with a genuine passion for helping underserved youth. He is driven by the organization’s mission to provide life-changing experiences and opportunities, using surfing as a platform to inspire confidence, healing, and growth.

In his personal time, Frankie enjoys being with his wife and children and is an avid surfer, spending nearly 300 days a year in the water. He is especially passionate about participating in surf camps, where he helps kids catch waves and build lasting memories.

Frankie is honored to serve on the board of Urban Surf 4 Kids and to work alongside a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
